I recently purchased a lovely bouquet of flowers to be sent to my girlfriend. The whole process, from ordering the flowers to having them delivered, was handled very professionally. The flowers were exactly as shown in the picture. The vase seemed a bit different though. (I have not seen the flowers and vase in real but only seen the pictures of the delivered flowers with the vase.) They were very helpful over the phone as well. The only thing is they probably use a third party delivery service so you would like your gift item sent at a particular time of the day, it might not work. TBH I did not speak them about it over the phone because it was not that important, however I did mention it in the delivery notes to send between a particular time slot, which they did not do. All in all my experience was good with them. The flowers were fresh and beautiful, an thed receiver loved the flowers. That’s all that matters to me.

The summer bouquet looked beautiful and well presented in the glass vase. Lorna was able to assist me (via phone/email) to provide an additional touch that had an emotional yet positive experience on the one receiving the flowers. I truly appreciate the attention to detail and care that went into this delivery. I highly recommend Whites Flowers!
